Here’s everything you need to know about quizzes, challenges, and how to earn your shiny badges.
What is a Quiz?
A Quiz is a short set of questions related to a story you’ve read.
- It usually checks your understanding of the story, characters, or world.
- Quizzes are meant to be fun, not stressful
- Every quiz is tied to a specific story or chapter.
Completing a quiz may reward you with a badge.
What is a Challenge?
A Challenge is a special activity where you’re asked to do something creative or predictive — not just answer questions.
Examples:
- Guess the ending
- Predict a character’s choice
- Share your theory
- Solve a mystery before it’s revealed
Challenges are optional, but they’re where the real fun (and bragging rights) live

From Quizzes:
- Completing a quiz = you may earn a badge automatically.
- Each quiz usually has a fixed badge reward.
From Challenges:
- Challenge badges are conditional.
- Only correct answers, winning entries, or selected submissions get the badge.
So:
- Quiz = participation reward
- Challenge = merit-based reward
“Guess the Ending” is a recurring challenge where you try to predict how a story, arc, or chapter will end before it’s published.
- You submit your guess before the deadline.
- When the story is released, answers are checked.
- If you guessed correctly → you earn the badge
Wrong guesses don’t get punished — they just don’t get the badge.
- Some quizzes are always available.
- Some quizzes or challenges may be limited-time (for events, launches, or special arcs).
- Challenges usually have a deadline.
Always check the challenge description for timing details.
That depends on the specific quiz:
- Some quizzes allow retries.
- Some only allow one attempt.
If retries are disabled, that’s usually to keep things fair for badge rewards.
Totally fine
- No penalties.
- No lost progress.
- You just won’t receive the badge for that specific challenge.
You can still enjoy the story, participate in other challenges, and collect other badges.
Nope!
They do not change the main story and never lock you out of content.
They exist purely for:
- Fun
- Engagement
- Community interaction
- Extra rewards
The story is always the story.
Because:
- They completed a quiz you haven’t yet, or
- They participated in a challenge you missed, or
- They guessed something correctly in a limited event.
Don’t worry — there will always be new quizzes and challenges ahead.
If:
- A quiz doesn’t load
- Your badge didn’t appear
- A challenge result seems wrong
