Digital Goods
All purchases of virtual coins and digital content are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued if:
- A technical error caused duplicate billing
- The purchased coins were not delivered due to a system failure
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
